Skyrim Bi***es :D
Re: Skyrim Bi***es :D
Hey, the DLC will come (not sure when) but it will be out for Xbox 360 a month before PC and PS3 -.- Thanks to Microsoft who is really good at spending money to get stuff first, they shall have a little applause for being good at that But I hate them for it
The DLC for Skyrim will be big, as they have said they want to make big DLC's that adds a lot of new stuff, so most likely no small horse armor plug-ins as they had with Oblivion.

Giants, either go destruction and just pew pew their face with spells, or go one-handed, one blade in each hand and just run in and slice them up, just back away when they go boom boom on the ground and FIRE IN THEIR FACES (I say them because this works when fighting 3 giants at ones) going to try and spawn some giants and see how many I can handle.

Re: Skyrim Bi***es :D
As im downstairs with the laptop and skyrim on I can now tell you all my stats. After a recent level up mindframe i've got to level 70 Heres my stats
Will the Redguard
Magicka 100
Health 650
Stamina 240
Level 100 skills: Lockpicking, Pickpocket, Speech, Alchemy, Sneak, Light armour, enchanting, smithing, heavy armour and one handed.
Other skills
Illusion 67 Conjuration 70, destruction 88, restoration 77, alteration 77, archery 48, two handed 41 and Block 66
Currently trying to get the destruction skill up and I spend my time in between quests walking around towns stealing the clothes guards are wearing without them noticing. Its quite funny seeing a town policed by people in pants

Re: Skyrim Bi***es :D
You don't really need destruction any higher than that. Master tier spells are pretty much worthless, certainly not worth the cryptic search quest you get sent on to obtain them. (You can get them at level 90 though if you just want to see the cool particle effects.) If you've got fortify destruction 100% on your armor then you're pretty much set.

Question - I accidently myself into Cidhna Mine, and mined all the silver ore. I now can't get out and appear to be stuck in there. I've tried everything, from warewolves, to killing everyone, to getting killed by gaurds, summoned flame atronaches and FUS RO DAH'ing through the door. Nothing works. Any way I can get out without reloading a save that is 10 played hours behind?

You know the one door that is guarded by an orc? Get in there, inside there is another prison door that requires a key to unlock, that key just around the corner, take the key, unlock door, follow path out.

I can't get in there. The key isn't anywhere D: I'm not involved in the 'No one escapes' quest, either.

Are you sure there isnt a recent autosave? And the ores should probably respawn if you wait a month since you mined them...

Hm... Not sure how getting out of there actually works. I've only done the "No one escapes" quest.
Is there a bed? If not, maybe wait a few days? I think the guards only visit once a week. Or so the prisoners say.

Then I began thinking, and I think I might be the Dovahkiin. But I guessed that you were the newest Companion and someone stole my sweetroll whilst I was fetching the mead whilst watching those Whiterun Guards committing a crime against the people of Skyrim during the act of killing a dragon, which, by Talos if they can do it then we can do it too...Wildwill002 wrote:I used to be a bard like you, but then i took an arrow to the knee
And that's just using quotes from 5 minutes with the Solitude Guards. If I included Civvie quotes it could go on forever.

Re: Skyrim Bi***es :D
I started a second character last week. A breton, currently level 39, playing as a battlemage type character. Basically a tank with destruction magic. 480 health, just under 1000 armor (haven't finished leveling up heavy armor), 25% magic resistance for being a breton, racial ability grants a further 50% spell absorption for 60 seconds, and the artonach stone gives 50% magic absorption as well as extra magicka.
The early game was a real strain before I could get my enchanting up. Wearing heavy armor deprived me of the magicka regen most robes provide, and pouring all my level ups into health meant that I was constantly downing magicka potions. Of course once I could fortify destruction to the point where magicka became irrelevant things became a lot easier.
Also having muffle enchanted on my boots (because there's not much else you can enchant boots with besides carrying capacity that's useful) is really odd as a non stealth character. People don't hear me coming so they don't aggro until I'm right on top of them. Makes it hard to tell who's friendly and who's not sometimes.
By the way is there any way to get merchants to carry more gold besides upgrading speech to lvl 100? It's getting ridiculous when selling just 1-2 pieces of loot drains their entire fund. Alternatively is there anyone who trains heavy armor who's also a merchant?

Re: Skyrim Bi***es :D
Generally the higher level you get the more gold merchants seem to have but it's highly advisable that you try to get your speech up because then you can sell stolen goods to anyone, invest in people and all sorts of things. Oh and since heavy armour weighs alot I suggest trying to get your pickpocketing level up. It's harder to do if your not a stealth character but there is a perk that gives you an extra 100 carrying weight
Also, is it just me or does anyone else find the majority of their inventory being filled with potions that 'could help later'? Stuff like +60% health regen for 300 seconds?
