I think we should make Iron fang a PVP director, we have an events one Rockbeefchest and a creative one Tulonsae so we should make iron fang one because he is a pro killer

In general people are not made directors of anything because they are "pro killers". Charles Bronson for instance is very well acquainted with prison, but he's never been made a prison warden.

Iron may be good at pissing off all the new players in PvP, but that does not make him good at actually administrating PvP. Tulon and Rock were given their respective positions because it was believed that they would be able to handle it effectively. Last time I checked, neither are necessarily pros of the subject that they manage, but they manage them effectively.

We also already have a Director of PvP, Lathania.
